You'll work across the full product lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and optimisation. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver performant, maintainable, and scalable software solutions. Responsibilities include: <ul> <li>Building and maintaining web applications using React.js on the frontend and Node.js on the backend</li> <li>Designing clean, efficient, and reusable code for both server and client</li> <li>Integrating APIs and third-party services into a robust SaaS architecture</li> <li>Working closely with Product and Design teams to translate user needs into technical solutions</li> <li>Participating in code reviews and contributing to best practices and team standards</li> </ul>

About the role: <ul> <li>Support the PMO Director in planning, tracking, and governing customer operations transformation projects.</li> <li>Build visibility across key metrics, KPIs, and project milestones through structured reporting and dashboards.</li> <li>Coordinate stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.</li> <li>Drive consistency and documentation across customer processes to enable scalable operations and improved experience.</li> <li>Contribute to the design and rollout of PMO frameworks, templates, and reporting standards.</li> </ul> About you: <ul> <li>6-8 years' experience in transformation, PMO, or project delivery within large organisations.</li> <li>Strong background in governance, reporting, and performance tracking.</li> <li>Skilled in Power BI or equivalent tools to build performance visibility.</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.</li> <li>PMP certification or PMO experience within customer operations is highly desirable.</li> </ul>
