Key Responsibilities

 <li>Prepare, process, and maintain invoices, courier records, and essential office documentation.</li>
 <li>Coordinate with banks for deposits, cheque handling, and other routine financial tasks.</li>
 <li>Maintain and organize office supplies, files, and records for easy accessibility.</li>
 <li>Assist senior management with scheduling, travel coordination, and correspondence.</li>
 <li>Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal procedures.</li>
