<div>CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP) is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team in one of our CLA locations.
In this role, you&rsquo;ll serve as a trusted advisor to our internal clients&mdash;Managing Principals, Regional Managing Principals, and hiring leaders&mdash;leading full‑cycle recruiting across multiple disciplines, levels, and geographies.
You&rsquo;ll partner closely with hiring leaders to translate business and high volume talent needs into clear hiring strategies, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer close. As both a consultant and relationship manager, you&rsquo;ll balance client priorities with market insight, sound judgment, and a high bar for talent.
What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Lead full lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, consulting on role design, offer negotiation, and close</li><li>
Partner with internal clients and leaders to shape hiring strategies, build pipelines, and drive timely decisions</li><li>
Proactively source and assess candidates using digital tools, referrals, and market intelligence</li><li>
Guide interview teams, facilitate debriefs, and ensure a consistent, high‑quality hiring experience</li><li>
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while effectively advising internal clients throughout the process</li></ul>

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Experience:<ul><li>
4 years of experience recruiting in a corporate recruiting or staffing environment required.</li><li>
Experience recruiting for public accounting or professional services roles strongly preferred.</li></ul>
Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.</li><li>
Degree in human resources or related field preferred.</li></ul>
Additional:<ul><li>
Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS) experience (Controllers, Assistant Controllers, CFOs) strongly preferred.</li><li>
Workday experience strongly preferred</li></ul>

About the role:
CLA is looking to hire an Associate, Deal Services in our New York, NY office. An Associate, Deal Services performs financial Quality of Earnings, due diligence, excel financial analysis, and other consultative services for clients who are buying a business, selling a business, or otherwise contemplating some type of merger &amp; acquisition activity.
As an Associate, Deal Services, you will:<ul><li>Financial Analysis: Performs ad hoc analysis under tight deadlines. Performs original financial statement modeling with a high degree of accuracy. Writes reports on findings for communication to the client and their advisors.</li><li>Service Specialization: Clients may be in any industry with a need for a technical specialist or may be industry focused. Service specialists focus development within a particular service (and sometimes a secondary service). These individuals possess a deep knowledge of a service first and foremost, which transcends multiple industries or one particular industry. They gain knowledge on the full suite of service capabilities CLA can provide.</li><li>Transaction Advisory/Deal Services: Performs the detail financial due diligence. Collects and analyzes financial data to detect errors in financial reporting. Summarizes key accounting policies and detects key issues which may impact transaction value or client risk. Helps build detailed analysis and reports based on findings to be delivered to the client under tight deadlines while maintaining highest quality standards. Supports multiple engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress and results to supervisors. Completes assigned portions of engagements with consistency and accuracy and within tight time frames. May begin to direct small quality of earnings projects at the two-year level.</li></ul>
What you will need:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.</li><li>Exposure to financial statement preparation, audits, and reviews preferred</li><li>Working towards CFA, CPA or other post-graduate degree or relevant industry/service certification</li><li>General knowledge of accounting principles and/or regulations impacting each engagement or project, financial markets, analysis and reporting of financial data</li><li>Understanding of internal software systems including Pfx Engagement, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Windows and Office</li></ul>

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. 
The compensation range for this position in New York is: $70,300 - $108,000
