CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Framework Developer Lead to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This role combines the functions of a Development Lead with framework engineering responsibilities for all CLA environments. In addition, this role will lead the strategy and vision for the Framework Engineering Team. This role ensures efficient development, stable framework design, and thorough monitoring and tooling.
How you&rsquo;ll create opportunities in this Framework Developer Lead role:
<ul><li>Lead the architecture, design, and development of core application frameworks to support business needs.
</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to define technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
</li><li>Establish and promote best practices for coding standards, design patterns, and software development methodologies.
</li><li>Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical oversight and support for professional development.
</li><li>Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality, performance, and security of application frameworks.
</li><li>Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and capability of development processes.
</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to framework architecture and application integration.
</li><li>Document framework designs, architecture decisions, and development processes for future reference and team knowledge sharing.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Utilize a consistent framework development approach across products/projects to improve all phases of the process and ensure end-to-end quality, reporting and dashboards across functions.
</li><li>Manage and oversee the framework team velocity, issues, risks and bottlenecks and related projects.
</li></ul>What you will need:
<ul><li>5 years of relevant experience required
</li><li>6 years of relevant experience preferred
</li><li>Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
</li></ul>Technical Competencies:
<ul><li>Proficiency with version control systems such as Git and command line interface
</li><li>Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) and YAML markup
</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#
</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GC
</li><li>Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, or Jenkin
</li><li>Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes
</li><li>Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
</li><li>Familiarity with Azure Boards or similar work management systems such as Jira or GitLab Issues
</li><li>Strong understanding of cloud computing and containerization technologies
</li><li>Solid grasp of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools.

About the role:
CLA is looking to hire an Associate, Deal Services in our New York, NY office. An Associate, Deal Services performs financial Quality of Earnings, due diligence, excel financial analysis, and other consultative services for clients who are buying a business, selling a business, or otherwise contemplating some type of merger &amp; acquisition activity.
As an Associate, Deal Services, you will:<ul><li>Financial Analysis: Performs ad hoc analysis under tight deadlines. Performs original financial statement modeling with a high degree of accuracy. Writes reports on findings for communication to the client and their advisors.</li><li>Service Specialization: Clients may be in any industry with a need for a technical specialist or may be industry focused. Service specialists focus development within a particular service (and sometimes a secondary service). These individuals possess a deep knowledge of a service first and foremost, which transcends multiple industries or one particular industry. They gain knowledge on the full suite of service capabilities CLA can provide.</li><li>Transaction Advisory/Deal Services: Performs the detail financial due diligence. Collects and analyzes financial data to detect errors in financial reporting. Summarizes key accounting policies and detects key issues which may impact transaction value or client risk. Helps build detailed analysis and reports based on findings to be delivered to the client under tight deadlines while maintaining highest quality standards. Supports multiple engagements on time and within budget, identifying issues and communicating progress and results to supervisors. Completes assigned portions of engagements with consistency and accuracy and within tight time frames. May begin to direct small quality of earnings projects at the two-year level.</li></ul>
What you will need:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.</li><li>Exposure to financial statement preparation, audits, and reviews preferred</li><li>Working towards CFA, CPA or other post-graduate degree or relevant industry/service certification</li><li>General knowledge of accounting principles and/or regulations impacting each engagement or project, financial markets, analysis and reporting of financial data</li><li>Understanding of internal software systems including Pfx Engagement, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Windows and Office</li></ul>

Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. We pay competitive wages and view compensation as an investment in our people. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range. 
The compensation range for this position in New York is: $70,300 - $108,000
