CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Business Applications Analyst/Services Consultant to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.</div><div></div><div>
This role provides technical support and training on firm-sponsored software applications to internal users</div><div>
and client users.</div><div></div><div>
How you&rsquo;ll <i>create opportunities</i> in this Business Applications Analyst/Services Consultant role:</div><ul><li>
Provides technical support to users of applications currently supported by the B-Tech group and is certified on two or more of those solutions.</li><li>
Provides assistance and solutions for seamless integrations between software systems. Provide basic technical support and help troubleshoot integration or sync errors.</li><li>
Assist with data preparation for migration and imports as needed.</li></ul><div></div><div>
What you will need:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.</li><li><div>
2 years experience in customer service support required</div></li><li><div><div>
2 years experience in an area of application support, Helpdesk, Desktop Management, Mobile device/application support or similar IT experience preferred</div></div></li><li>
Experience with Spend Management solutions such as BILL (Bill.com) and/or an accounting related software preferred.</li></ul></div><div></div><div>
