Job Overview Office Manager/Bookkeeper for HVAC/Electrical business, approximately 30 hours per week. Wage based on experience and qualifications. Manage most aspects of a small office with professionalism. Strong accounting and computer skills are a must. Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills needed, and the ability to work independently. Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, scheduling and coordinating with customers and technicians, ordering parts and equipment, managing inventory. Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, and Word. Responsible for reporting and depositing for sales tax, employer taxes, etc. Other related duties as assigned.
