Business Research AnalystJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Research Analyst to support strategic decision-making through in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights to guide business growth, operational improvements, and market opportunities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on industry trends, market conditions, competitors, and customers.</li><li>Analyze business operations, markets, and financials to identify opportunities for efficiency, expansion, or risk mitigation.</li><li>Prepare clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to the business.</li><li>Support strategic planning, product development, and go-to-market strategies with relevant insights.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, finance, and product development.</li><li>Maintain and update databases with accurate and relevant business intelligence.</li><li>Evaluate the performance of existing business models and recommend improvements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Market Research, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in business analysis, market research, or a related role.</li><li>Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple research projects and deliver under tight deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of industry research databases (e.g., Statista, IBISWorld, Crunchbase) is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with data visualization tools.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).</li><li>Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis (optional but a plus).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Vijay Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Business research analyst: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
