Looking for someone to help get through a work backlog<br>

<b>They should be skilled in:</b><br>
<b>Modifying reports</b><br>
<b>Adding fields
</b><br>
<b>Build Filter Screens</b><br>
<b>Modify and Build Reports</b><br>
<br>
The reports aren&rsquo;t blank to start they have a starting point but they should be skilled in Cognos reports development
<br>
Excellent Communication Skills<br>
<b>This will be for 6 months with opportunity to extend</b>

Cognos Reports Developer

<div><div><div>We are actively seeking a <b>Clinical Post Acute Care (PAC) Subject Matter Expert (SME)</b> to join our growing healthcare team. If you have deep expertise in post-acute care workflows and clinical processes, this is a great opportunity!<br>
</div><div><b>Experience Required:</b> 10+ Years (preferred)<br>
<b>Location:</b> Remote<br>
<b>Role Type:</b> Contract<br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br>
</div> <ul><li>Provide SME expertise in <b>Post-Acute Care (PAC)</b> workflows and operations</li>
<li> Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business teams</li>
<li> Support implementation and optimization of PAC solutions</li>
<li> Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards</li>
<li> Analyze clinical data and improve patient care processes</li>
<li> Work with EHR/EMR systems and healthcare data integration</li>
</ul><ul><li><b>Important Skills (Must Have):</b></li></ul><br>
<ul> <li>Strong knowledge of <b>Post-Acute Care (Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Rehab, LTAC)</b>
</li> <li>Experience with <b>clinical workflows &amp; care coordination</b>
</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <b>EHR/EMR systems</b> (Epic, Cerner, etc.)</li>
<li> Understanding of <b>CMS guidelines, HIPAA compliance</b>
</li> <li>Knowledge of <b>HL7, FHIR, healthcare data standards</b>
</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>
<li> Excellent communication with clinical &amp; non-clinical stakeholders</li>
<li> Experience in <b>healthcare IT or digital transformation projects</b>
</li></ul><div><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><br>
</div> <ul><li>Clinical background (RN, PT, OT, or related)</li>
<li> Experience in PAC consulting or healthcare systems implementation</li>
<li> Certifications in healthcare/clinical informatics are a plus</li>
</ul>
