<div><div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div>
<div>Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Cerner Millennium Pharmacy solutions (PowerChart, PharmNet, RxStation, etc.)</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Collaborate with clinical, IT, and informatics teams to optimize workflows and medication management processes</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Participate in Cerner application build, configuration, and testing specific to pharmacy operations</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Analyze current pharmacy workflows and design system enhancements to improve medication safety and efficiency</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions within the Cerner platform</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Support upgrades, patches, and change requests while maintaining system integrity</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Train pharmacists and clinical users on new workflows and Cerner Pharmacy tools</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., JCAHO, DEA, state pharmacy boards)</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Assist with integration of automated dispensing cabinets and other medication technologies (e.g., Pyxis, Omnicell)</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Act as a liaison between pharmacy departments and Cerner technical teams</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Qualifications:</div>
<div>PharmD or B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited program</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Active Pharmacist License (U.S.)</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Minimum 5 years of clinical pharmacy experience</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>At least 2&ndash;3 years of experience working with Cerner Millennium Pharmacy modules</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Experience in Cerner application build, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation optimization</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Strong understanding of medication ordering, dispensing, verification, and documentation workflows</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Knowledge of clinical integration with CPOE, MAR, and barcode medication administration (BCMA)</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Preferred Qualifications:</div>
<div>Cerner certification (if applicable)</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Experience with Cerner Command Language (CCL) and Discern Analytics</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Familiarity with HIMSS Stage 7, Meaningful Use, or FHIR/HL7 interfaces</div><div><br>
</div>
<div>Experience working in large hospital systems or integrated health networks</div>
</div>
