Nurse Practitioner / Physician AssistantWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our outpatient cardiology practice. This position provides comprehensive cardiovascular care under the direct supervision of a cardiologist, with strong clinical support and collaboration.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions</li><li>Order and interpret diagnostic tests (EKGs, labs, imaging, monitors)</li><li>Prescribe and manage cardiac medications per evidence-based guidelines</li><li>Provide patient education on disease management and lifestyle modification</li><li>Document care accurately in the EMR and coordinate with the care team</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program</li><li>Active state licensure and national certification</li><li>DEA license (or ability to obtain)</li><li>BLS certification</li><li>Cardiology or internal medicine experience preferred</li></ul>Position Details:<ul><li>Outpatient cardiology office with limited on-call and rounding at hospital</li><li>Direct physician supervision by cardiologist</li><li>Monday&ndash;Friday schedule</li></ul>Competitive compensation and benefitsJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Medical Specialty:<ul><li>Cardiology</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Certified Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)</li><li>APRN (Preferred)</li><li>RN (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
