Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate health records. This position requires strong clerical skills, familiarity with medical coding systems, and proficiency in health information management. SATURDAYDS REQUIRED&gt; ONE DAY OFF DURING THE WEEKResponsibilities<ul><li>Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service.</li><li>Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding services and procedures.</li><li>Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.</li><li>Process patient information, including insurance verification and billing information.</li><li>Utilize software such as Prognocis for efficient record management.</li><li>Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.</li><li>Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar clerical role within a healthcare setting is preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with health information management practices is essential.</li><li>Experience with electronic health record systems such as Prognocis is a plus.</li><li>Strong 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment while maintaining professionalism.</li></ul>Join our dedicated team in providing exceptional care to our patients while ensuring efficient clinic operations.
