Role OverviewWe are seeking detail-oriented and dedicated RCM Associates to oversee end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes. The role involves managing claim submissions, payment posting, denial management, and A/R follow-up &mdash; ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely collections.You&rsquo;ll work closely with payers and internal teams to resolve billing issues and maintain smooth cash flow operations while adhering to healthcare industry standards and HIPAA compliance.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare, submit, and track insurance claims accurately and on time.</li><li>Post payments and reconcile daily deposits to ensure data integrity.</li><li>Identify, research, and resolve claim denials or discrepancies.</li><li>Follow up on unpaid or underpaid claims and ensure timely collections.</li><li>Maintain detailed billing records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments and insurance payers to resolve billing or payment issues.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant experience of Vision Billing</li><li>Must have hands-on experience with Vision and Revolution EHR</li><li>Strong understanding of RCM workflows, payer policies, and claims lifecycle.</li><li>Proficiency in billing software and MS Excel.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Why Join Us<ul><li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing healthcare support environment.</li><li>Exposure to global billing processes and professional growth opportunities.</li><li>Supportive work culture and performance-driven rewards.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In personSpeak with the employer +91 8622065918
