Position: Gate Keeper (Urgently Hiring)Location: Korangi &ndash; Head OfficeWorking Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PMClipsal Pakistan is seeking a vigilant and disciplined Gate Keeper to manage attendance systems and oversee entry/exit operations at our Head Office in Korangi. This position plays a critical role in maintaining site security, ensuring accurate employee timekeeping, and facilitating smooth coordination with the HR &amp; Admin department.Key Responsibilities:1)Monitor and authorize entry/exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and contractors.2)Maintain and update visitor logs; issue entry passes after proper verification.3)Verify and document all gate passes and delivery challans for material movement.4)Prevent unauthorized access by enforcing company protocols.5)Inform relevant departments upon visitor or material arrival.6)Immediately report any suspicious activity to factory management.7)Maintain accurate records of all gate movements, both personnel and materials.8)Submit daily attendance sheets and movement registers to HR on time.9)Support internal and external audits by providing relevant logs and documents.Qualification &amp; Experience:-Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from a recognized institution.-2&ndash;3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial or factory setup.-Familiarity with attendance systems and administrative procedures.-Strong discipline, integrity, and attention to detail.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
