We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage financial records and compliance for our clients.Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accountant with a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and corporate tax. We prefer candidates who have previously worked in an accounting or bookkeeping consultancy firm.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for clients</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records in Zoho Books</li><li>Prepare and file VAT returns and ensure VAT compliance</li><li>Assist with Corporate Tax registration and filing</li><li>Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations</li><li>Manage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations</li><li>Coordinate with clients for documentation and financial data</li><li>Support audit processes and financial reviews when required</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in accounting and bookkeeping</li><li>Strong knowledge of VAT and Corporate Tax (mandatory)</li><li>Experience working in an accounting/bookkeeping consultancy firm (preferred)</li><li>Hands-on experience in Zoho Books (mandatory)</li><li>Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Stable role in a growing consultancy</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment</li><li>Opportunity to work with multiple clients across industries</li></ul>To Apply:Email your CV to hr@helensons.ae WhatsApp: +971 52 346 5398 Subject Line: Accounts Executive ApplicationJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
