 Who We're Looking For
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a Motion Designer to join our in-house creative team in Medina, OH. This role is about bringing stories to life through movement&mdash;transforming strategy and messaging into dynamic, emotionally resonant visual content. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong sense of timing, composition, and storytelling. You&rsquo;ll collaborate with designers, editors, and strategists to produce compelling motion graphics that drive engagement and inspire action.
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create high-impact motion graphics for digital campaigns, social media, video content, and presentations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to conceptualize and execute visual storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Animate typography, illustrations, and visual elements to enhance narrative and brand messaging.
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit and composite video footage, integrating motion design seamlessly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop storyboards, style frames, and prototypes to communicate ideas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current with animation trends, techniques, and tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure brand consistency across all motion assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and clients.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Required Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven professional experience in motion design or animation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and visual storytelling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to detail and a passion for crafting visually engaging content.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Nice-to-Haves:

 A portfolio showcasing a range of motion design work, including campaign-driven content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in creative agencies or freelance environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills in 3D animation (Cinema 4D, Blender) or interactive media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with political or advocacy-related content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in illustration or graphic design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sound design or audio editing experience.
 </li>
