Creative SpecialistJob SummaryWe are looking for a Creative Specialist to join the team at TSEG, a division of Cloud[8]Sixteen, Inc. Our team provides top-notch digital advertising services for elite law firms nationwide.In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-impact static and motion ad creatives designed to drive lead generation and signed case growth. Reporting to the Director of Strategy, you will design and iterate on creative assets across multiple paid media platforms, working closely with Operations, Sales, and Tech teams to deliver compliant, performance-driven creatives at scale.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Design and produce high-converting static and short-form video ad creatives for paid platforms including Meta (Facebook &amp; Instagram), TikTok, Google, YouTube, X, and other display channels</li><li>Develop layouts, graphics, and motion elements optimized for platform-specific best practices</li><li>Source and edit stock footage, b-roll, AI-generated assets, and other visual elements as needed</li><li>Assist with basic copywriting for video captions, headlines, and on-screen text.</li><li>Create multiple creative variations to support A/B testing as needed</li><li>Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices while conducting campaign research to inform creative strategy and messaging.</li><li>Review and analyze performance metrics with analysts to iterate and optimize creatives for better results.</li><li>Adhere to compliance guidelines in legal marketing, ensuring all creative materials maintain professionalism and state or litigation specific requirements</li><li>Manage project and task timelines, prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Experience in graphic and video design for digital advertising or related media</li><li>Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma</li><li>AI tool and content creation familiarity strongly preferred</li><li>Experience designing creatives for Facebook/Instagram &amp; TikTok ads strongly preferred</li><li>Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual storytelling</li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and incorporate feedback quickly and effectively</li><li>Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment</li></ul>If you're passionate about crafting visually compelling stories that drive results and thrive in a dynamic environment, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Austin, TX or surrounding area preferred</li><li>Work Location: Remote/Flex</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
