Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Manage exhibition and event projects from design approval to dismantling</li><li>Prepare production schedules, method statements, and installation plans</li><li>Coordinate fabrication, logistics, installation, and dismantling activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with venue rules, HSE regulations, and local authorities</li></ul>Team &amp; Vendor Management<ul><li>Coordinate designers, site supervisors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and installers</li><li>Select and manage suppliers, subcontractors, and production vendors</li><li>Supervise on-site teams during build-up and breakdown</li></ul>Budget &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Prepare production budgets and cost estimates</li><li>Control material usage and labour costs</li><li>Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost efficiency</li><li>Track expenses and report variations to management</li></ul>Quality &amp; Safety Control<ul><li>Ensure stand quality matches approved drawings and client expectations</li><li>Conduct site inspections and quality checks</li><li>Implement health &amp; safety procedures on site</li></ul>Client &amp; Stakeholder Coordination<ul><li>Act as main production contact for clients and exhibition organizers</li><li>Attend site meetings and coordination meetings</li><li>Handle last-minute changes and resolve on-site issues professionally</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field</li><li>5&ndash;10 years of experience in exhibition production or event fit-out</li><li>Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, lighting, graphics, and AV</li><li>Experience working with exhibition venues (DWTC, ADNEC, Expo, etc.)</li><li>Excellent project management and multitasking skills</li><li>Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>UAE/GCC exhibition experience</li><li>Knowledge of AutoCAD drawings</li><li>Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills</li><li>Valid UAE driving license</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Office &amp; workshop coordination</li><li>Extensive on-site presence during build-up and show days</li><li>Willingness to work nights, weekends, and long hours during exhibitions</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Job SummaryThe Civil Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, executing, and supervising construction projects such as buildings, roads, infrastructure, and utilities.
