a. Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including:

c. Statements of Work (SOWs)</div><div>
d. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)</div><div>
e. Vendor Agreements, Partner Agreements, Licensing Contracts, etc.</div><div>
f. Assist in standardizing templates and operationalizing contract processes.</div><div>
2. Legal Advisory &amp; Risk Mitigation</div><div>
a. Advise leadership and business teams on legal risks associated with business
</div><div>operations, vendor/client engagements, and partnerships.</div><div>
b. Support in structuring business models and transactions from a legal and
</div><div>compliance perspective.</div><div>
3. Employee &amp; Labor Law Matters</div><div>
a. Handle sensitive issues involving past or separated employees, including
</div><div>disputes, notices, and settlements.</div><div>
b. Liaise with external counsel where needed for escalated employment legal
</div><div>matters.</div><div>
4. Compliance &amp; Policy Support</div><div>
a. Ensure internal processes are aligned with applicable Indian corporate, labor,
</div><div>and data privacy laws.</div><div>
b. Draft and implement company legal policies and procedures.</div><div>
c. Keep the leadership informed about changes in regulations that may impact
</div><div>the company.</div><div>
5. External Coordination</div><div>
a. Coordinate with external legal advisors/law firms for high-stakes matters.</div><div>
b. Represent the company in legal proceedings if necessary.</div><div>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>LLB or LLM from a reputed law school/university.</li><li>Registered with a State Bar Council in India.</li></ul><div><b>
Skills &amp; Attributes:</b></div><div>
o Sound understanding of Indian Contract Act, IPR, IT Act, and Labor Laws.</div><div>
o Strong negotiation and communication skills.</div><div>
o Ability to work independently and coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales,
</div><div>HR, finance).</div><div>
o High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.</div><div>
