About the Role</b></p><p>
CloudBees is seeking a Technical Writer to join our documentation team. You'll create and maintain documentation across multiple CloudBees products, working with subject matter experts globally to deliver clear, accurate content for our users. This is an exciting time to join as we transition to AI-first documentation practices and modernize our content framework.</p><p><b>
What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li>
Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation for CloudBees products.</li><li>
Create tutorials, how-to guides, explanations, and reference materials.</li><li>
Contribute to release notes for product updates.</li><li>
Conduct peer reviews of documentation contributions.</li><li>
Collaborate with SMEs across UK, US, India, and Australia time zones.</li><li>
Contribute to our docs-as-code workflow using industry-standard tools.</li><li>
Ensure documentation meets quality standards and style guidelines.</li></ul><p><b>
What You Bring</b></p><ul><li>
Native-level fluency in English with excellent written communication skills.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, English, Technical Writing, Journalism, or a related humanities field, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>
Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in software/technology.</li><li>
Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.</li><li>
Comfort working with code examples and developer-focused content, even if not a programmer yourself.</li><li>
Experience working independently in remote environments.</li><li>
Flexibility to coordinate across multiple time zones.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to different communication preferences, from async documentation reviews to live technical discussions.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Understanding of DevOps practices and SaaS platforms.</li><li>
Experience with AI tools and large language models for documentation workflows.</li><li>

CloudBees is looking for a creative and technically sharp Software Engineer to help architect and prototype AI/ LLM-driven workflows that augment developer productivity. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building agentic flows using tools like Goose, Unify MCP, AWS Q, and Gemini. As a member of the AI Stream Aligned team, this is a high-impact role that sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and software delivery &ndash; ideal for someone passionate about pushing the boundaries of developer productivity and intelligent automation.</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Design, prototype, and test <b>agentic workflows</b> using platforms like Goose, Unify MCP, AWS Q, and Google Gemini.</li><li>
Build and iterate on AI-powered agents that can autonomously interact with systems, APIs, and developer tools.</li><li>
Translate product concepts into working demos and scalable pipeline implementations.</li><li>
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, ML engineers, and DevOps teams to refine user workflows.</li><li>
Optimize agent behavior for reasoning, autonomy, reliability, and safety.</li><li>
Contribute to ML pipeline development for deploying and monitoring agentic flows in production environments.</li><li>

Familiarity with <b>prototyping and testing</b> in environments with MCP enabled tools like Claude Desktop/Goose<b>, AWS Q, and Gemini</b>.</li><li>
Experience designing and maintaining pipelines for ML models, workflows, or LLM agents.</li><li>
Strong programming skills in Python, TypeScript,</li><li>
Comfortable working in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP) and with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Argo).</li><li>
Startup experience or demonstrated ability to build fast, iterate quickly, and wear multiple hats.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications</b></h3><ul><li>

Compensation &amp; Benefits</b></h3><ul><li>
Base Pay Range: [$166,000 &ndash; $180,000 annually] In accordance with applicable law, this represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above. Outside of base compensation, CloudBees also offer stock options and variable bonuses.</li><li>
