Marketing Manager &ndash; F&amp;B Location: Qatar Industry: Food &amp; Beverage | Cloud Kitchen / Food DeliveryReports to: Senior ManagementJob SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for our fast-growing Cloud Kitchen business in Qatar. The role is responsible for driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, and sales growth across digital platforms and food delivery channels. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a high-growth, data-driven F&amp;B environment.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.</li><li>Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, paid ads, influencer collaborations, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.</li><li>Manage and optimize presence on food delivery platforms (e.g., Talabat, Snoonu, Deliveroo, Rafeeq, Keeta), including promotions, menu visibility, and campaign performance.</li><li>Plan and execute brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions.</li><li>Analyze customer data, campaign performance, and market trends to drive data-backed decisions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Operations, Culinary, and Commercial teams to ensure brand consistency and effective go-to-market execution.</li><li>Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and ensure cost-effective spend.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics within the Qatar F&amp;B landscape.</li></ul>Key Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within F&amp;B, hospitality, or cloud kitchen/delivery-based businesses.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and delivery app ecosystems.</li><li>Proven experience in brand building and customer acquisition in a competitive market.</li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience in the Qatar or GCC market is highly preferred.</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Be part of a fast-growing Cloud Kitchen brand shaping the future of F&amp;B in Qatar.</li><li>Opportunity to lead impactful marketing initiatives with visible business results.</li><li>Collaborative, agile, and performance-driven work culture.</li><li>Competitive salary and benefits package.</li></ul>Interested candidates are encouraged to apply via Indeed.
