The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in business development, showcasing in-depth knowledge of staff augmentation practices and a keen understanding of MSP IT solutions. 
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector, focusing on staff augmentation services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.

Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the staff augmentation model, staying updated on industry trends and best practices. 
</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery in alignment with client requirements. 
</li><li>
Possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate our services, value propositions, and client requirements effectively. 
</li><li>
Utilize hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients, staying informed about industry connections and trends. 
</li><li>
Leverage LinkedIn for networking, lead generation, and building a strong professional online presence. 
</li><li>
Proven experience in business development within the IT industry, specifically in staff augmentation and MSP solutions. 
</li><li>
Strong English communication skills. 
</li><li>
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. 
</li><li>
Research the market with potential and worth-able new leads in the IT Industry 
</li><li>
Driving our lead generation campaigns. 
</li><li>
Generating new leads to increase brand awareness, through different channels. 
</li><li>
Creating fresh lead generation tactics according to customers&rsquo; needs. 
</li><li>
Following up on leads and conducting research to identify potential customers. 
</li><li>
Managing our leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth. 
</li><li>
Maintaining our lead databases and tracking lead sources. 
</li><li>
Submitting marketing and sales pipeline reports. 
</li><li>
Must be good in direct communication, word-of-mouth, and association with the sales and marketing department to procure new clients from the target market. 
</li><li>
Communicating with potential clients through various channels such as reaching out on phone calls, email, or contact in person. 
</li><li>
Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients. 
</li><li>
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their

Requirements</h3><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
</li><li>
Proven track record in business development, showcasing skills in email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, leads sourcing, and appointment setting. 
</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive email campaigns and compelling sales pitches. 
</li><li>
Strong cold calling skills, demonstrating the ability to establish rapport, uncover needs, and convey solutions effectively. 
</li><li>
Proficiency in using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect with, and nurture potential clients. 
</li><li>
Experience in sourcing and qualifying leads through research, networking, data analysis, and other relevant methods. 
</li><li>
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. 
</li><li>
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM systems and tools to manage sales activities and prospect interactions. 
</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. 
</li><li>
Business acumen and a deep understanding of industry trends. 
</li><li>
