<div>We are looking for an experienced <b>Senior ReactJS Developer</b> to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, specifically using ReactJS, and will be responsible for creating and maintaining the frontend of our applications by connecting with backend APIs. This role requires a high level of proficiency in ReactJS and a deep understanding of front-end technologies.</div><div><br>
Key Responsibilities:</div><br>

<li><ul><li>Connect and integrate the front-end with backend APIs.<br>

<li>Ensure efficient data loading and processing to create a seamless user experience.<br>

<li>Implement best practices for front-end performance optimization.<br>

<li>Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.<br>

<ul><li><b>Professional Experience:</b><br>
</li>
<li><ul><li>5+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on ReactJS.<br>
</li>
</ul></li><li><b>Technologies &amp; Tooling:</b><br>
</li>
<li><ul><li>Programming Languages: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.<br>
</li>
<li>Frameworks/Libraries: Strong experience with ReactJS, Redux, and other related libraries.<br>
</li>
<li>API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.<br>
</li>
<li>Tooling: Proficiency with version control systems (Git), build tools (Webpack, Babel), and code editors (VS Code).</li><br>

<li>Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, or Testing Library.<br>

<li>Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, aligning with US Eastern Time Zone hours.<br>

<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.<br>
</li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills.</li><br>

<ul><li>Experience with TypeScript.<br>

<li>Familiarity with server-side rendering (Next.js).<br>

<div><b>Responsibilities:</b>

</div><ul><li>Able to work on complex data intensive projects.<br>
</li>
<li>Good understating of Python, Spark best practices and commonly used modules based on work experience and creating self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components.<br>
</li>
<li>Responsible for prototyping, developing, and troubleshooting software in the user interface or service layers.<br>
</li>
<li>Participate in collaborative technical discussions that focus on software user experience, design, architecture, and development.<br>
</li>
<li>Keep up to date with technology and apply new knowledge.<br>
</li>
<li>Manage Github PRs and act as release manager for some of the Data Engineering projects.<br>
</li>
<li>Experience with technical project documentation.<br>
</li>
<li>Work with onsite/offshore teams and help the team in clearing blockers.<br>
</li>
<li>Ability to follow established coding standards.</li><br>
</ul><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science or software engineering

</li><li>Relational database experience is required.<br>
</li>
<li>Reporting experience is required (Jet, Power BI or Tableau).<br>
</li>
<li>ETL experience and programming skills in at least one of the following languages:<br>
 o Java<br>
 o Python<br>
</li>
<li>The individual should be from a development background in data engineering.<br>
</li>
<li>Experience working with onsite and offshore teams.<br>
</li>
<li>Ability to work under minimal supervision, relying on experience, research, and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals.<br>
</li>
<li>Understanding of data archival strategy.<br>
</li>
<li>Strong complex problem solving and troubleshooting skills.<br>
</li>
<li>Ability to learn quickly and manage time effectively.<br>
</li>
<li>Proven written and oral communication skills.</li><br>
