 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 <ul>

 Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering a warm, professional, and memorable welcome.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support new client onboarding, including phone setups, system orientations, and tailored reception assistance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day reception operations &mdash; calls, couriers, bookings, meeting rooms, and video conferencing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients and sharing local insights to enhance their experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate and maintain IT and communication systems, including IP phones, interactive screens, and booking platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the team and management, contributing to a positive, efficient, and service-driven workplace.
 </li>

 Barista
 
 at Cloud Spaces, you will craft world-class coffee and specialty beverages while ensuring every customer enjoys a memorable experience. You will maintain high standards of cleanliness, customer service, and operational efficiency, supporting the center team in delivering top-quality service.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare espresso, coffee, tea, iced drinks, specialty beverages, and light food items according to menu specifications and health &amp; safety standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate coffee brewing equipment and ensure fresh coffee beans are replenished regularly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions about menu items and creating a welcoming environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, kitchen, and client areas, including sanitization of workstations and restrooms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle cash register operations, take orders, and serve drinks in meeting rooms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stock inventory, manage weekly supplies, and communicate with the F&amp;B manager regarding replenishment needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Practice and develop barista skills, including milk foaming, latte art, espresso preparation, and coffee blending techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Educate clients on coffee preparation standards and promote special items when appropriate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Center Manager and team to ensure smooth operations and a positive client experience.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 2 years of experience
 
 as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in retail, F&amp;B, or hospitality is preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 High School Diploma or equivalent.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Key Skills

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-focused with excellent service orientation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
