 About the Role:
 
 
 
 As a Marketing Specialist at Cloud Spaces, you&rsquo;ll be a key contributor to our marketing department, driving initiatives and executing campaigns specifically for our Saudi locations. You&rsquo;ll manage social media, digital campaigns, search ads, and community events, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels targeting the KSA market.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and optimize social media platforms and search advertising campaigns, including performance tracking and content optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize community and networking events, coordinating with key speakers, influencers, and partners to enhance audience experience and drive footfall.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct post-event analysis to measure success and inform future strategies.
 </li>

 Track campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve results.

 Ensure all projects align with creative plans and meet deadlines.

 at Cloud Spaces, you will oversee all aspects of the business center&rsquo;s operations, leading your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve commercial success. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys running a center as their own business within the framework of an established and growing company.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Sales &amp; Financial Performance

 Drive the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including all sales details and client agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the center&rsquo;s floor map and occupancy data are consistently updated.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all agreements are properly executed by clients and the General Manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and analyze monthly profit and loss statements, identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track performance against previous months and years, maintaining a clear understanding of ongoing and forecasted results.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Client Experience &amp; Relationship Management

 Deliver an outstanding experience for all clients, consistently exceeding expectations.

 Ensure new clients receive full support throughout their onboarding and settling-in process.

 Train and guide your team on client engagement and welcome procedures.

 Respond to all client queries and concerns within 24 hours.

 Operations Management

 Oversee accurate client setup, ensuring all agreement details are correctly entered.

 Manage rent reviews, renewals, and system entries for accuracy and automation.

 Monitor daily operational processes and ensure correct billing practices.

 Conduct recurring charge audits twice a year.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely and accurate preparation and distribution of client invoices by the 1st of each month.

 Qualifications &amp; Experience

 8 years of overall experience
