Urgent requirement for HR Executive/Manager, for a AdBlue manufacturing company.Location: RaipurSalary: 20000 to 35000 per monthMale/Female-married &amp; settled in Raipur.Experience: 2-3 YearsResponsibilities<ul><li>Design compensation and benefits packages</li><li>Implement performance review procedures</li><li>Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them</li><li>Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques</li><li>Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees</li><li>Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues</li><li>Manage employees&rsquo; grievances</li><li>Oversee daily operations of the HR department</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role</li><li>Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems</li><li>Experience with full-cycle recruiting</li><li>Solid communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human resources management: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
