In addition, a successful will have a good understanding of civil procedure and Microsoft, including Microsoft Excel. Experience with real estate matters and corporate law would be a plus.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a paralegal/legal assistant at Cloud &amp; Willis, LLC in Birmingham, AL.
