Job Summary:Security Officer &ndash; Level 2 (Unarmed Security Officer)Level 2 Security Officers provide basic security services, including access control, surveillance, and reporting. They serve as visible deterrents to crime and assist in maintaining a safe environment for clients and visitors.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor and patrol assigned areas on foot or via vehicle.</li><li>Conduct access control by checking identification, logging visitors, and ensuring only authorized personnel enter secured areas.</li><li>Observe and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security violations.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.</li><li>Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.</li><li>Respond to emergencies, assist with evacuations, and coordinate with law enforcement if necessary.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must have a Level 2 Non-Commissioned Security License.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Ability to stand and patrol for long periods.</li><li>Strong communication and observational skills.</li><li>No felony convictions or disqualifying criminal history.</li><li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li><li>Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service.</li><li>Basic first aid/CPR certification.</li></ul>Security Officer &ndash; Level 3 (Commissioned Security Officer &ndash; Armed)Job Summary:Level 3 Security Officers are armed and licensed to carry firearms while providing enhanced security services. They are responsible for protecting high-risk properties, deterring criminal activity, and responding to potential threats.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Carry and maintain a firearm while on duty, ensuring safety and legal compliance at all times.</li><li>Provide a strong visible presence to deter criminal activity.</li><li>Conduct routine and random security patrols of the premises.</li><li>Enforce property rules and regulations while ensuring a safe environment.</li><li>De-escalate conflicts and intervene in security threats when necessary.</li><li>Assist in investigating incidents, accidents, and security breaches.</li><li>Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must hold a Level 3 Commissioned Security License from the Texas Department of Public Safety.</li><li>Must be at least 21 years old (or meet state firearm requirements).</li><li>Pass a background check and drug screening.</li><li>Proficient in de-escalation techniques and conflict resolution.</li><li>Ability to stand, patrol, and respond quickly to incidents.</li><li>Prior military, law enforcement, or armed security experience.</li><li>Tactical training or active shooter response training.</li><li>Proficiency in report writing and incident documentation.</li></ul>Security Officer &ndash; Level 4 (Personal Protection Officer &ndash; PPO)Job Summary:Level 4 Security Officers are Personal Protection Officers (PPOs) licensed to provide executive protection and high-risk security services for VIPs, corporate executives, and high-profile individuals.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide close protection for clients during travel, events, and daily activities.</li><li>Conduct threat assessments and advance security planning before client engagements.</li><li>Escort clients safely and securely while maintaining a discreet but protective presence.</li><li>Monitor for suspicious behavior and potential threats in public and private environments.</li><li>Coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services when needed.</li><li>Ensure secure transportation and develop emergency response protocols.</li><li>Maintain high-level confidentiality and professionalism.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Must hold a Level 4 Personal Protection Officer (PPO) License from the Texas Department of Public Safety.</li><li>Must have a Level 3 Commissioned Security License before applying for Level 4.</li><li>Extensive firearms and defensive tactics training.</li><li>Clean criminal background and strong ethical standards.</li><li>Must be physically fit and mentally alert.</li><li>Ability to work in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.</li><li>Military or law enforcement background.</li><li>Experience in executive protection, VIP security, or high-threat protection.</li></ul>Why Work with Clover Phoenix Security?<ul><li>Competitive Pay</li><li>Training &amp; Career Growth</li><li>Flexible Schedules</li><li>Supportive Team &amp; Leadership</li></ul>Apply Today!
