We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Parts Manager to oversee our parts department in a busy automotive garage. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the UAE automotive market, with strong knowledge of local suppliers, parts procurement, inventory control, and workshop coordination.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and control the parts inventory to ensure optimum stock levels.</li><li>Order automotive parts and accessories from local and international suppliers.</li><li>Identify parts using parts catalogs, software, or direct supplier coordination.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parts to the service department.</li><li>Monitor parts usage, demand, and aging stock to minimize overstock and shortages.</li><li>Develop relationships with vendors to secure the best pricing and delivery terms.</li><li>Supervise and train parts staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.</li><li>Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.</li><li>Implement and follow health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Support workshop technicians with accurate and timely parts identification.</li><li>Coordinate with the accounts department for supplier payments and returns.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Parts Manager in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE automotive market and parts suppliers.</li><li>Familiarity with automotive software (e.g., AutoLine, Kerridge, SAP, etc.).</li><li>Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.</li><li>Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED4,000.00 per month
