Job Summary:
The Chargemaster Analyst is responsible for maintaining and updating the organization&rsquo;s chargemaster within the electronic medical record and related billing systems. This position ensures charge codes, descriptions, pricing, and billing components are accurate, compliant, and aligned with current coding and payer requirements. The role works closely with Revenue Cycle, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and IT to support accurate charge capture and reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Update and maintain chargemaster files in the EMR and billing systems</li><li>
Review CPT, HCPCS, ICD 10, modifiers, revenue codes, and pricing for accuracy</li><li>
Implement annual code changes, fee updates, and new service builds</li><li>
Audit chargemaster data for missing, outdated, or duplicate entries</li><li>
Partner with departments to support charge capture and billing workflows</li><li>
Troubleshoot charge-related system issues and assist with testing</li><li>
Maintain documentation of all changes and support audit readiness</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>3 to 5 years of experience in chargemaster, revenue cycle, coding, or medical billing</li><li>
Experience working in EMR and billing systems</li><li>
Strong knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD 10, modifiers, and reimbursement processes</li><li>
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and Excel proficiency</li><li>
Healthcare coding or revenue cycle certification preferred</li></ul></div>

We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Inpatient Wound Care team. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with experienced physicians and healthcare professionals in a hospital setting. The NP will play a key role in the assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of patients with acute and chronic wounds, ensuring optimal healing outcomes and continuity of care.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform comprehensive wound assessments, including staging, measurement, and documentation of various wound types (pressure injuries, diabetic ulcers, surgical wounds, and complex non-healing wounds)</li><li>
Develop, implement, and manage individualized wound care treatment plans</li><li>
Perform bedside procedures such as wound debridement, dressing changes, and application of advanced wound care therapies</li><li>
Monitor wound healing progress and modify care plans based on patient response and clinical best practices</li><li>
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate inpatient care</li><li>
Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and labs relevant to wound healing and infection management</li><li>
Educate patients, families, and staff on wound prevention, care techniques, and treatment plans</li><li>
Participate in hospital rounds and ensure proper documentation in the EMR</li><li>
Coordinate discharge planning and continuity of care, including referrals to outpatient wound care services when needed</li></ul>

Requirements: 
<ul><li>
 Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas (required)</li><li>
Minimum of 1&ndash;2 years of clinical experience in wound care, inpatient care, or a related specialty preferred</li><li>
Wound Care Certification (e.g., WCC, CWCN, or CWON) preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe</li><li>
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage complex wound cases</li><li>
Proficiency in performing wound-related procedures such as debridement and application of advanced wound therapies</li><li>
 Familiarity with evidence-based wound care protocols and infection prevention practices</li></ul></div>
