We are looking for an Attorney who is passionate about immigration law.The attorney must have experience in the following: asylums, removal proceedings, defensive applications for relief, family-based filings, naturalization, family-based consular processing, VAWA applications, and I-212/I-601A waivers. A keen interest in statutory interpretation and a confident and proactive demeanor in immigration court required.Additionally, we have the following requirement:<ul><li>Must speak Spanish.</li><li>Willing to travel outside of the state.</li><li>Must be able to come up with strategies to help immigration clients.</li><li>Attend AILA conferences.</li><li>Will be required to draft motions, review and file cases, prepare briefs and memorandums of law as needed.</li><li>Conduct legal research as needed.</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul>We offer a stipend of $250 for health insurance.After 6 months you will have a performance review at which time depending on your performance, we will offer a hybrid option.PTO's offered after 90 days.Job Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
