They are the first point of contact for members and visitors, and they play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. General Manager/General Manager</li><li>Hourly Range: $16.94</li><li>Position is promotable</li></ul>Responsibilities:Commitment to delivering the BEST gym experience for all our current and future members.<ul><li>Engage guests and members with warm and friendly greeting and salutations</li><li>Proactively seek to help current guests &amp; members with accurate information, direction, and support</li><li>Front of the house support to execute our Service Promise</li><li>Membership enrollment(s) and membership support (guest register management, tours, freezes, cancellations &amp; documentation)</li><li>Gym cleanliness &amp; organization focuses, restock inventory, facilities/equipment reporting &amp; any additional assigned tasks from club Leadership</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Passionate about connecting with and helping others</li><li>Positive attitude and a team player</li><li>Personable, enthusiastic, and optimistic personality</li><li>Personal connection to health and wellness</li><li>Prior experience in sales and/or service ideal</li><li>Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li><li>Standing for prolonged periods of time</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Repetitive cleaning</li><li>Light lifting (up to 50 lbs.)</li><li>CPR/AED certification</li></ul>The front desk staff at Club 24 Concept Gyms will play a pivotal role in creating a positive experience for our members and guests.
