</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION</b></h1><p>
The Materials Coordinator supports material flow throughout the facility by coordinating the movement of raw materials, parts, and finished goods between production areas, warehouses, and the loading dock. This role ensures materials are available to meet production and shipping schedules, maintains accurate inventory flow, and assists the loading department with staging, verification, and internal transfers.</p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></h1><div><ul><li>
Support the mission and daily objectives of the Loading Department.</li><li>
Coordinates and expedites flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities, and compiles and maintains manual or computerized records.</li><li>
Reviews production schedules and related information and confers with department supervisors to determine material requirements, to identify overdue materials, and to track material.</li><li>
Arranges in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules.</li><li>
May move or transport materials from one department to another, manually or using material handling equipment.</li><li>
Attend Daily Production Meetings, and it remains highly visible on the manufacturing floor to ensure problems are identified and addressed promptly.</li><li>
Works with support departments and other team members to determine root cause and implement corrective actions to achieve order fulfillment.</li><li>
Utilize resources such as customer order management, pull reports, Apriso, Synchrono, and AS400 for inventory availability to avoid potential shortages.</li><li>
Provide investigation results with Inventory Control for items identified as having BOM or deviation back-flushing issues.</li><li>
Define and implement Standard Work that enables 100% material delivery and process goals: meeting takt and maintaining a safe environment and a zero-defect product.</li><li>
Work directly with Team Leaders and Supervisors to provide them with the necessary tools to create an efficient and accurate material flow.</li><li>
Promotes commitment to quality and continuous improvement through attitude, behavior, communication, and development and implementation of standard work and associated programs and activities.</li><li>
Communicates/updates shift management of daily problems and concerns, identifying areas needing attention to ensure the continuity of the operation.</li><li>
Consistently apply Club Car policies and procedures.</li></ul></div><div><br>

1&ndash;2 years of experience in materials, warehouse, logistics, production support, or similar environment.</li><li>
Basic knowledge of material flow, inventory management, and production support processes</li><li>
Experience working with material flow, inventory movement, or shipping/receiving preferred.</li><li>

Materials Coordinator | Loading

<div><p>The Engineering Designer will demonstrate advanced utilization of the PTC suite of design and PLM programs (Creo and Windchill) to design and layout component parts, including subassembly and assembly structuring and top-level vehicle large assembly management. This role involves working closely with the global Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VA/VE) team to develop mechanical designs in support of value engineering and margin improvement projects.</p><p>
 PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES</p><ul><li>
Support Engineering in the development of product designs and solutions to complex technical requirements, while focusing on improving product performance, reliability, safety, manufacturability and cost effectiveness.</li><li>
Utilize PTC design and PLM programs (Creo Parametric and Windchill) to design and release Engineering CAD models and detailed drawings of various mechanical components and assemblies with integrated BOMs. Effectively apply GD&amp;T industry standards and ensure all drawings and CAD models meet company standards.</li><li>
Utilize data and brainstorming techniques to develop VA/VE project opportunities and associated business cases.</li><li>
Participate in technical and project reviews across the VA/VE project portfolio and provide feedback on design solutions, risks and mitigations, timing plans, etc.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal manufacturing team and external suppliers to review and refine design concepts and drawings.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal design team to share best practices, strengthen capabilities, and formally document design process improvements.</li><li>
Provide mentorship to less-experienced design team members both locally and across global team.</li><li>
Effectively lead and self-manage small VA/VE projects when needed. Responsibilities include completing designs and drawings, releasing engineering documentation, managing project timeline, and communicating project status.</li></ul><p>

 QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB</p><p><i>
Education:</i></p><ul><li>
Associates Degree or Bachelor of Science degree in related field, preferably in Drafting or Engineering Technology</li></ul><p><i>
Experience:</i></p><ul><li>
5+ years of relevant CAD design experience, preferably in PTC Creo</li><li>
Understanding of and experience in applying ASME Y14.5-2009 drafting standards and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&amp;T) standards</li><li>
Creo advanced surfacing proficiency desired, with experience in designing plastic components</li><li>
Understanding and ability to apply Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) techniques</li><li>
Intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)</li></ul><p>
