As A Claims Adjuster You Will:
<ul><li>
Review customer claims, including membership status, length of membership, and prior wash history
</li><li>Analyze video footage from the date of the claim to identify alleged damage
</li><li>Clearly document investigation findings, including what is observed in footage and any potential cause of the incident
</li><li>Capture and attach video footage and screenshots to claims as supporting evidence
</li><li>Add thorough, accurate notes to each claim to ensure agents can make concise and informed determinations
</li><li>Assign completed claims to the designated agent for final review
</li><li>Handle inbound calls through the call system, which operates in a round-robin format
</li><li>Respond to customer inquiries related to claims, claim status, and membership questions in a professional and timely manner
</li><li>Balance claim investigations with call-handling responsibilities effectively</li></ul>
