We are in search of enthusiastic, energetic, and self-driven Food &amp; Beverage professionals who will aid in coordinating and leading a team dedicated to creating high-quality food and beverage offerings, with prompt, precise, and personalized service.As a Chief Steward, your duties include upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation areas, as well as in the equipment used; your position will involve key responsibilities such as:Offering practical assistance and guidance while ensuring the seamless operation of the overall stewarding process.Overseeing the tasks of all staff within the stewarding and housekeeping department, including facilities, operations, and expenditures.Monitoring sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene, and the quality of products and services provided.Specifically verifying the appropriate usage of cleaning chemicals and washing tools.Set minimum and maximum operating inventory levels and authorize storeroom requests.Working together with the Food &amp; Beverage Manager or Outlet Manager to review their needs for the current and following day.Maintaining health inspection records, attendance logs, and files for employees.Taking all necessary steps to minimize the loss of silverware and flatware.Functioning in a safe and environmentally responsible manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and staff, while also protecting and conserving the environment.Adhering to the company's environmental, health, and safety guidelines and protocols.Interested candidates may send their CV's to lagoon.clubhouse@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: From BD350.000 per month

Chief Steward

<ul><li>Responsible for receiving, storing, accounting and issuing of engineering materials and supplies.</li><li>Inspect supplier&rsquo;s delivery of engineering materials and supplies for conformity with quantity and quality specifications.</li><li>Issue materials and supplies per approved requisitions.</li><li>Initiate purchase requisitions for engineering materials and supplies.</li><li>Conduct monthly inventory of materials and supplies. Prepare analysis on monthly basis of fast moving items</li><li>Maintain spare parts manuals, catalogs and list of suppliers.</li><li>Prepare itemized weekly expense report to the concern Manager.</li><li>Ensure that all engineering store and related areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe condition.</li><li>Strong customer service focus.</li><li>Immediately notify the supervisor of any safety issues or concerns. Maintain a safe place of work.</li><li>Facility Management, contracting - MEP, Civil industry experience candidates are also considered.</li><li>Health and Safety policies and practices are essential to this role and are a condition of employment.</li></ul>Undertake any other duties as appropriate within their job purpose, as required by their department head from time to time.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
