What You&rsquo;ll Learn:<ul><li>
Classical and contemporary Pilates techniques</li><li>
Safe and effective use of equipment including Reformer, Chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, and Mat</li><li>
How to modify movements for different populations and fitness levels</li><li>
Clear and confident cueing, sequencing, and class structure</li><li>
Business skills for client engagement, marketing, and career growth</li></ul>
Who We're Looking For:<ul><li>
Individuals passionate about health, movement, and helping others</li><li>
Self-motivated learners committed to completing the program</li><li>
Fitness backgrounds such as dance, yoga, personal training, or physical therapy are a plus (but not required)</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
Able to attend in-person modules and complete required observation and practice hours</li></ul>
