Tutor Application to be considered.Apply Here: https://clubztutoring.com/become-a-tutor/?f=2682Duties<ul><li>Provide one-on-one online tutoring to K&ndash;12 students</li><li>Support homework completion, skill development, and academic confidence</li><li>Follow student-specific learning goals and plans</li><li>Communicate professionally with families and the Club Z! office</li><li>Submit brief session notes after each tutoring session</li><li>Maintain professionalism, reliability, and consistency</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of an Associate&rsquo;s degree (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred)</li><li>Experience working with children in any of the following settings:</li><li>Tutoring (private, school-based, or learning center)</li><li>Teaching or former teaching experience</li><li>Aspiring educators currently in college or graduate programs</li><li>Church programs, daycare, summer camps, or youth programs</li><li>Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor</li><li>Reliable internet connection and access to a computer</li><li>Ability to tutor at least one academic subject confidently</li><li>Must be able to pass a background check</li></ul>Why Work With Club Z!<ul><li>$21/hour</li><li>Flexible scheduling</li><li>Consistent student assignments</li><li>One-on-one tutoring (no classroom management)</li><li>Supportive local office</li></ul>Pay: $21.00 per hourWork Location: In person
