Cluster Security Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior System &amp; Security Engineer (ELV) to join our teamThe ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and high-level support of an integrated IT and security infrastructure. This role is pivotal in ensuring all physical security systems (CCTV/Storage) meet the mandatory Ministry of Interior - Security Systems Department (MOI-SSD) regulations while maintaining a robust enterprise network and cloud environment.Key Responsibilities1. Security Systems &amp; MOI Compliance<ul><li>Design &amp; Design Approvals: Create compliant CCTV system designs (AutoCAD) and manage the MOI-SSD portal for DSA (Design Submission) and DIA (Final Inspection) approvals.</li><li>VMS &amp; Camera Expert: Perform expert-level configuration of Milestone, Digifort, Avigilon, and HikCentral VMS platforms and high-resolution Hikvision/Avigilon cameras.</li><li>Compliant Storage: Architect and configure Dell and Hikvision IP SAN storage to meet the strict 120-day retention mandate and RAID 5/6 requirements.</li></ul>2. IT &amp; Network Infrastructure<ul><li>Enterprise Networking: Configure Cisco Switches, implementing advanced VLAN segmentation and QoS to prioritize security traffic without impacting the corporate network.</li><li>Server Administration: Manage Windows Server environments (2019/2022), including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).</li><li>Cloud &amp; Web Hosting: Oversee Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace administration. Manage web hosting environments via cPanel, including domain registrations and SSL management.</li></ul>3. Project Leadership &amp; Escalation<ul><li>Tier-3 Escalation: Act as the final point of escalation for complex network outages, system bottlenecks, or integration failures.</li><li>Project Lifecycle: Handle end-to-end projects from site surveys and technical submittals to final commissioning and client training.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electronics, Communication, or Computer Engineering.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 7&ndash;10 years of experience in Systems/ELV Engineering, specifically in Qatar.</li><li>UPDA Certification (Strongly Preferred): Possession of a valid UPDA/MMUP License (Grade B or A preferred) is a significant advantage for signing off on MOI drawings.</li><li>Driving License: A valid Qatar Driving License is required for site visits and government inspections.</li></ul>Technical Skills Matrix<ul><li>VMS/CCTV: Milestone, Digifort, HikCentral, Avigilon.</li><li>Hardware: Cisco Switches, Dell Servers, Hikvision IP SAN.</li><li>Software: Windows Server, O365, Google Workspace, cPanel, Amazon AWS.</li><li>Regulatory: Deep expertise in MOI-SSD Qatar CCTV Regulations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to QAR7,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

We are currently looking for a Network &amp; Infrastructure Specialist to join our project team with the following skills and qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.</li><li>Professional Certifications: CCNA at least, CCNP or equivalent preferred.</li><li>Additional desired certifications: MCSA or VMware VCP</li><li>At least 5 years of practical experience in network and server administration</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).</li><li>Candidate must be available in Qatar with transferable work visa</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Managing and operating the local network (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) and ensuring its stability.</li><li>Management and maintenance of network devices (Switches, Routers, Access Points).</li><li>Management and maintenance of servers (Windows / Linux) and storage systems (NAS/SAN)</li><li>Implement and monitor backup and recovery plans</li><li>Monitor and manage email and cloud computing services (Microsoft 365).</li><li>Monitor network performance and provide periodic reports of statistics and problems.</li><li>Support infrastructure development projects (hardware upgrade or data migration.</li><li>Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement network security policies.</li></ul>Please direct copy of your latest CV to hr@cluster.com.qaJob Type: Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: From QAR4,000.00 per month
