Key Responsibilities-<ul><li>Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.</li><li>Support in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and internship letters.</li><li>Help maintain employee records and update HR databases.</li><li>Assist in onboarding and orientation of new interns/employees.</li><li>Contribute to employee engagement activities, events, and workshops.</li><li>Support HR in day-to-day tasks such as attendance tracking, documentation, and compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with colleges and institutions for internship drives and recruitment activities.</li><li>Research and suggest improvements in HR policies and processes.</li></ul>Requirements-<ul><li>Fresh graduates / final-year students (BBA, MBA &ndash; HR, B.Com, BA, or equivalent).</li><li>Strong interest in HR and people management.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.</li><li>Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced IT environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

HR Intern

<ul><li>Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook). Engage with the online community and assist in running basic social ad campaigns.</li><li>Content Support: Collaborate with the content team to optimize blog posts, website copy, and marketing collateral for digital distribution. Perform basic keyword research to inform content topics.</li><li>Email Marketing Execution: Set up, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns and newsletters using our email service provider (ESP) under direct supervision.</li><li>Performance Tracking &amp; Reporting: Collect and compile data from digital channels (e.g., Google Analytics, social platforms) to generate weekly performance reports. Identify trends and basic insights.</li><li>Search Engine Optimization (SEO) &amp; SEM Support: Conduct introductory SEO audits, assist in managing website metadata, and support the creation of simple pay-per-click (PPC) ad copy for search campaigns.</li><li>Administrative Tasks: Maintain digital asset libraries, ensure brand consistency across all online platforms, and manage the digital marketing calendar.</li><li>Search Engine Optimization (SEO) &amp; Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Be actively involved in SEO efforts (e.g., keyword research, on-page and technical optimization) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.</li><li>Social Media Marketing (SMM): Plan and monitor the company's ongoing presence on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).</li><li>Develop, schedule, and execute engaging social media content and advertising campaigns.</li><li>Content &amp; Email Marketing: Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the company website content.</li><li>Prepare and organize the distribution of online newsletters and promotional emails (Email Marketing).</li><li>Analytics &amp; Reporting: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing efforts using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).</li><li>Analyze data to acquire insights into online marketing trends and optimize strategies based on performance metrics (ROI, KPIs).</li><li>Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams (e.g., designers, content writers) to improve user experience and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 3 monthsPay: ₹2,500.00 - ₹8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
