Junior Business Development Manager - Doctor Referral Team

<ul><li>Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.</li><li>Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.</li><li>Coordinate with diagnostic departments, labs, and other specialties as required.</li><li>Handle patient queries and complaints in a courteous manner.</li><li>Maintain the doctor&rsquo;s calendar including appointments, meetings, and rounds.</li><li>Prepare consultation summaries, referral letters, and medical certificates.</li><li>Organize and maintain patient files, reports, prescriptions, and case papers.</li><li>Handle correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) and manage incoming and outgoing communication.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate documentation of medical records.</li><li>Assist in data entry, transcription, and filing of patient information.</li><li>Prepare reports, maintain logs, and ensure confidentiality of all medical records.</li><li>Coordinate with nursing staff, administrative departments, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure availability of required materials and supplies for the doctor&rsquo;s consultations.</li><li>Follow up on medical investigations and test results.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;19,644.00 - &#8377;23,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
