We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and results-driven In-House Marketer to join our team and help drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.Job OverviewAs our In-House Marketer, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on aspects of marketing, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a direct impact on business growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.</li><li>Manage social media presence and create engaging, on-brand content.</li><li>Plan and implement email marketing campaigns.</li><li>Support website updates, SEO, and content marketing initiatives.</li><li>Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business goals.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).</li><li>2&ndash;4 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital media.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content).</li><li>Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, social media insights).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>Creative thinker with an eye for detail and brand consistency.</li><li>Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.</li><li>Engage with weekly Team Meetings to keep on track of progress</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn.</li><li>Results-oriented with a passion for driving growth.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Incentives on top of the Salary once progress is clear.</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you&rsquo;d be a great fit for this role.
