Position Purpose
<br>The Regional Chief Security Officer (RCSO) leads security and strategic intelligence for the Regional Office. The role protects the Group’s people, operations, assets, information, reputation and supply chains while providing senior management with timely geopolitical and security analysis.

Within delegated authority, the RCSO may immediate protective measures and advise some relevant recommendations where risks exceed the Group’s accepted tolerance.

Key Responsibilities
<br><br>
Strategic Intelligence
<br>Monitor geopolitical, military, political and security developments affecting the Group.
<br>Produce executive assessments, early-warning reports, risk analyses and crisis briefings.
<br>Translate intelligence into actionable recommendations and contingency measures.
<br>In coordination with the Headquarter, advise Group Management, Regional Directors and Country General Managers during sensitive situations.

People Protection
<br>Oversee the protection of employees, seafarers, contractors and business travellers.
<br>Manage travel risks, security briefings, staff tracking and escalation protocols.
<br>Develop and test relocation, evacuation and emergency communication plans.
<br>Coordinate responses to threats, detention, civil unrest, conflict or medical-security incidents.
<br><br>
Security Governance
<br>Implement Group security policies and minimum standards across both regions.
<br>In accordance with Headquarter, lead security assessments covering countries, offices, ports, terminals and supply chains.
<br>Maintain regional risk registers, country ratings and mitigation plans.
<br>Advise on physical security, access control, guarding, CCTV and secure transportation.
<br>Monitor security providers and local security focal points.
<br><br>
Crisis Management and Business Continuity
<br>Lead the regional security response in coordination with the Headquarter during major incidents and crises.
<br>Ensure rapid escalation, executive reporting and coordinated protective action.
<br>Maintain and exercise crisis, evacuation and security-continuity plans.
<br>Conduct post-incident reviews and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
<br><br>
Operations Protection and Investigations
<br>Protect sites, cargo and logistics operations.
<br>Prevent supply-chain contamination.
<br>Lead investigations involving criminal activity, insider threats or information compromise.
<br>Recommend additional protection, alternative routes, operating restrictions or temporary suspension where required.
<br>Support counterintelligence and the protection of sensitive corporate interests.
<br><br>
Institutional Liaison
<br>Develop senior-level relationships with authorities.
<br>Represent GSI and the Group before relevant authorities and security partners.
<br>Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Ethics, HR, HSE, Insurance, IT/Cybersecurity, Communications and Public Affairs.
<br><br>
Decision Authority
<br>Within delegated authority, the RCSO may direct immediate protective measures and recommend travel restrictions, relocation, evacuation, site closure or suspension of activities where risks exceed the Group’s accepted tolerance.

Candidate Profile
<br>10 + years’ experience in diplomacy, security, intelligence, defence, law enforcement, diplomacy or crisis management.
<br>Strong expertise in geopolitical analysis, people protection, investigations, supply-chain security and business continuity.
<br>Outstanding communication skills combined with strong judgment, enabling effective counsel to senior executives in complex, high-risk environments.
<br>Strong knowledge of the regions covered, combined with high standards of integrity and discretion.
<br>Fluent French and English and willingness to travel frequently; Regional languages are an asset.

<p>Within the Logistics Department, your main mission for minimum 6 months of Temporary contract will be to ensure the operational implementation of the logistics budget and the preliminary stock- and empty containers flow inventory for the area you are in charge of.</p>
<p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>
<p>The scope of activity will include, but not limited to following:</p>

<li>Contribute to logistics cost optimization, imbalance management, empty repositioning initiatives and storage cost reduction projects.</li>
<li>Ensure the proper use of CMA CGM Group logistics systems and monitor compliance with logistics procedures, reporting standards and system updates.</li>
<li>Follow up on logistics KPIs and ensure timely and accurate reporting from local agencies, including logistics expenses under Form 9.</li>

<p>Manage General Ledger functions in compliance with Group policies, processes, and reporting standards. The role ensures accurate financial recording, timely closing, effective receivables management, and reliable reporting for Head Office, management, and statutory requirements.</p><br>
<p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p>
<p><b>1. General Ledger &amp; Financial Accounting</b></p>
<ul><li>Record and maintain accurate accounting entries in the General Ledger, including:</li>
<li><ul><li>Fixed assets, depreciation, payroll, accruals, commissions, bank transactions, and financial income</li>
</ul></li><li>Ensure completeness and accuracy of all GL balances in line with Group accounting policies</li>
<li>Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in line with the closing schedule</li>
<li>Coordinate with Shared Service Centre for timely and accurate book closure</li>
<li>Review and validate journal entries and supporting documentation</li>
</ul><p><b>2. Financial Reporting &amp; Audit</b></p>
<ul><li>Prepare monthly financial reports for management review</li>
<li>Support preparation of annual financial statements and external audit requirements</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions</li>
<li>Assist in internal audits and ensure compliance with Group controls and procedures</li>
</ul><p><b>3. Budgeting &amp; Management Reporting</b></p>
<ul><li>Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts</li>
<li>Develop and present Management Accounts for Regional teams and senior management meetings</li>
<li>Prepare and update monthly agility and performance reports</li>
<li>Generate ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required</li>
</ul><p><b>4. Bank Reconciliation Management</b></p>
<ul><li>Ensure accurate booking and monitoring of all receivable transactions</li>
<li>Match customer payments with invoices and credit memos</li>
<li>Perform regular bank reconciliation with customer accounts</li>
</ul><p><b>5. Controls, Compliance &amp; Process Improvement</b></p>
<ul><li>Review and analyze credit notes and ensure proper approvals and documentation</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with taxation, regulatory, and Group reporting requirements</li>
<li>Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and control</li>
<li>Support automation and system enhancement initiatives (especially in Oracle environment)</li><br>
</ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications and Profile</b></p>
<p>Education &amp; Experience:- Minimum Graduate in Finance and/ or ACCA, CMA or any other accounting certifications.</p>
<ul><li>3&ndash;6 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience in shipping, logistics, or multinational environment preferred</li></ul><br>
<p></p><p><b>Technical Skills</b></p>
<ul><li>Strong knowledge of General Ledger and Accounts Receivable processes</li>
<li>Good understanding of accounting standards, audit practices, and taxation</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems</li>
<li>Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools (dashboards, PowerPoint)</li><br>
