What You'll Do</b></h2>
<ul><li>Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture</li>
<li>Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment, hand tools and personal knowledge to determine root cause</li>
<li>Use SAP maintenance module in the execution of duties, utilize computers to acquire information, documentation, account for time and corrective actions</li>
<li>Demonstrates dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs</li>
<li>Determine grades and sizes of bolts, pipes, tubing, cables, and wires</li>
<li>Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics</li>
<li>Meet expectations of work quality</li>
<li>Monitor and inspect equipment for defects. Properly remove defective parts by dismantling devices using hoists, overhead cranes, hand, and power tools</li>
<li>Possess specific fundamental knowledge of bearings, power transmission equipment, hydraulics/pneumatics, lubrication, welding principles, rigging, overhead cranes, gearboxes, and mobile equipment operation</li>
<li>Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends</li>
<li>Work safely to prevent on the job injuries by following safety rules and regulations at all times including proper wearing of company PPE</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Need</b></h2>
<ul><li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in heights for extended periods of time in extreme temperatures</li>
<li>Ability to utilize precision measurement instruments</li>
<li>Ability to work rotating shifts which include weekends and holidays</li>
<li>Experience with welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment maintenance preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year field experience in either heavy industrial operations and/or manufacturing environment preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year of experience with welding, cutting, fabrication, and equipment maintenance preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of field experience in either heavy industrial operations and/or manufacturing environment strongly preferred</li>

What You'll Do</b></h2>
<ul><li>Able to communicate effectively with appropriate departments/individuals. Thorough understanding of applicable devices in the facility</li>
<li>Work safely to prevent on the job injuries by following safety rules and regulations at all times including proper wearing of company PPE</li>
<li>Assist ARP Planners with scheduling and prioritizing maintenance activities</li>
<li>Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively upholds the CMC Safety Culture</li>
<li>Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment, hand tools and personal knowledge to determine root cause</li>
<li>Exercise judgement when troubleshooting AC/DC motor controls, PLC, electrical drives, and all high voltage systems, keeping them all up to the site voltage maximums. Able to understand electrical/electronical schematics</li>
<li>Inspect and perform daily maintenance on all shop machinery, mobile equipment, HVAC Systems, PLC networks, and cranes</li>
<li>Maintain a thorough and working knowledge/understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, distribution control, fluidic, and electrical systems/components and how they operate</li>
<li>Maintains specified records of work performed, details of repairs, and material usage</li>
<li>Performs necessary maintenance tasks including repair or replacement of damaged parts, adjustments and calibration procedures, assemble, install, test and execute preventative maintenance tasks on various forms of manufacturing equipment</li>
<li>Provides technical assistance to maintenance and production personnel as needed</li>
<li>Responsible for daily housekeeping duties including but not limited to immediate work area</li>
<li>Use SAP maintenance module in the execution of duties, utilize computers to acquire information, documentation, account for time and corrective actions</li>
<li>Works with related diagnostic equipment including digital voltmeter, paper recorder, multi-volt meter, oscilloscope, and other electronic tools and equipment</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Need</b></h2>
<ul><li>Ability to function in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in heights for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to think logically, analytically and solve problems</li>
<li>AC/DC troubleshooting experience required</li>
<li>Electrical controls maintenance and repair proficiency</li>
<li>Knowledge of the melting, casting and rolling process and related equipment preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience preferred</li>
<li>MRO system; SAP system experience preferred</li>
<li>Must have experience with and the ability to demonstrate electrical and mechanical maintenance principles, concepts, and troubleshooting techniques including a working knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics</li>
<li>NFPA 70E requirements preferred</li>
<li>Siemens and/or other PLC troubleshooting experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong multitasking abilities</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of electrical safe work practices</li>
<li>Work rotating shifts which include weekends and holidays</li>
