This position will also need to involve coordinating with sales and design and execute effective campaigns, managing paid advertising efforts, and ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice across all digital channels. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or the equivalent, required; bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus</li><li>Experience in Digial Marketing, Social Media Management, and Paid Advertising</li><li>Skills in SEO, SEM, and Content Managment</li><li>Ability to analyze marketing metrics, data, and performance</li><li>Knowledge of Marketing Automation Tools, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Strong project management and organization skills</li><li>Experience in a leadership position</li><li>Working experience within a Dealership environment (Preferred but not necessary)</li><li>Proficient in Market Planning and Marketing Mangement</li><li>Strong abilities in conducting Market Research</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word)</li><li>All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA</li><li>Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, drug test, and valid driver's license</li><li>Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)</li></ul>Essential Duties, but not limited to:<ul><li>Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company&rsquo;s business activities.</li><li>Maintain and update SOE</li><li>Oversee the marketing department, managing marketing team to ensure alignment with Dealership objectives.</li><li>Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth.</li><li>Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.</li><li>Create, manage, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet performance metrics and budget constraints.</li><li>Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.</li><li>Oversee the creation of marketing materials and brand strategies.</li><li>Build and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing platforms.</li><li>Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.</li><li>Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.</li><li>Other tasks as assigned.</li></ul>Location: Onsite &ndash; Irvin, CASalary Range: $7,000.00 - $10,000 per monthApply today and find out all our dealership has to offer!Job Type: Full-timePay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
