You'll own everything from our social media presence to our graphic design assets, from campaign execution to agent marketing support. If you're talented, hungry to grow, and obsessed with great marketing &mdash; we want to meet you.Must-Haves:<ul><li>A genuine passion for branding, design, storytelling, and social media &mdash; this should feel like your calling, not just a job-</li><li>Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)</li><li>Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for copy that converts</li><li>Highly organized, self-directed, and deadline-driven &mdash; you own your work from start to finish</li><li>Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices</li><li>Experience with content planning and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Later, Planoly, Buffer, or similar)</li><li>A strong eye for design, attention to detail, and instinct for what stops the scroll</li></ul>Nice-to-Haves:<ul><li>Experience in real estate, luxury brands, or a fast-paced team environment</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)</li><li>Basic knowledge of paid social advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads)</li><li>Photography skills or experience directing photo/video shoots</li><li>Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools</li></ul>WHEN YOU APPLYWe'd love to see your work.
