 We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for our office in Riyadh. We require relevant similar experience gained in KSA alongside strong English and Arabic language skills.
 
 
 
 About The Role
 
 
 
 Responsibilities will cover the smooth running of the office including all areas from reception and office management duties to administrative and client onboarding.
 
 
 The role will focus on supporting Partners in the office with day to day management of diaries, administration and creation of client documentation along with HR and procurement responsibilities.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare employment contracts and offer letters for new joiners.
 </li>
 <li>
 Add new employees to Workday and ensure all HR data is saved into central file management system
 </li>
 <li>
 Enrol new joiners into new joiner training
 </li>
 <li>
 Enrol new joiners in health insurance and cancel on their last day
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage probation and prepare probation letters
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare HR-related letters (salary certificates, bank letters, NOCs) upon employee request.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare leaver letters and coordinate exit procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain employee files, including passports, IDs, and visa documentation, in line with data protection policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure sick leave and unpaid leave are correctly recorded in Workday.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the PR officer on new joiners, especially if a visa is required (for expats)
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and update distribution lists
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange accommodation for any trainees when required (not co-op trainees)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange corporate headshots when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and organise office events/socials, meetings, and CSR activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage reception and meeting room areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage equipment, office services, and facilities including liaising with all relevant suppliers (Saudi Telecoms etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintains a professional and positive office environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure licences and insurance policies are renewed and other regulatory requirements are complied with, e.g. regulatory filings
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the firm&rsquo;s relationship with the Saudi bar association, visa administration, and Qiwa portal on behalf of CMS
 </li>
 <li>
 Keeping all staff aware of office procedures such as health and safety requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 General administration and record keeping duties
 </li>
 <li>
 Processing expenses
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaison with Business Development, Marketing, Events and Finance Teams with a view to supporting them on specific team-based tasks

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR or related field preferred

 At least five years' experience in a similar position in KSA
 </li>
 <li>
 Meets all legal requirements to live and work in KSA
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of office management with knowledge of accounting procedures and information systems (prior experience in a law or professional services firm preferable but not essential)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in HR and finance administration

 We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join our Corporate team in Dubai.
 
 
 
 About The Team
 
 
 
 This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and growing corporate team that advises some of the largest and most innovative companies in the World on their transactions across the Middle East. The role will be based in Dubai, but will give the candidate exposure to direct client engagement, cross-border transactional work and work as part of a regional team of CMS corporate lawyers based in our offices across the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia and T&uuml;rkiye.
 
 
 
 About You
 
 
 
 Key responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supporting CMS UAE partners and associates on the delivery of corporate projects for key client accounts across the UAE, including incorporations, restructurings, share transfers, licence renewals and updates, manager changes and related matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting on domestic and international M&amp;A transactions, joint ventures, structuring projects and FDI matters, including due diligence, project management, deal execution formalities (share transfers, director changes etc), drafting of resolutions, POAs etc and managing transaction completion formalities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the wider CMS UAE teams on a wide range of regulatory and advisory matters relating to UAE law.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting international CMS Offices in relation to cross-border matters involving UAE law or companies based within the UAE.

 Supporting the wider CMS Middle East team on projects across the region.

 Essential Qualifications/skills/competencies

 Legal qualification (LLB, Degree etc)
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English language skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 1.5years experience of similar work based in the UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience of working with most of the key authorities and notaries in the UAE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage multiple projects / workstreams and work as part of a wider team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Mainland and UAE Free Zone regulations and company formation processes in these jurisdictions.
