You will own brand, content, demand generation, and marketing operations across four business lines:<ul><li>
LO Recruiting &mdash; Attract experienced loan officers to CMS</li><li>
Borrower Acquisition &mdash; Generate consumer-facing mortgage leads</li><li>
Referral Partner Development &mdash; Build and nurture realtor and referral relationships</li><li>
Executive Thought Leadership &mdash; Manage CEO and COO content pipelines</li></ul> 
This is not a blank slate. This is a loaded system that needs a sharp operator to drive it. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Drive the AI-powered marketing system to produce consistent, compliant, high-quality content at scale</li><li>
Own marketing strategy and execution across all four business lines</li><li>
Manage the CEO's and COO's thought leadership content pipelines</li><li>
Build and lead a small, high-performing marketing team (2-4 people)</li><li>
Own marketing metrics: content velocity, lead generation, compliance pass rate, brand consistency</li><li>
Manage paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) within budget</li><li>
Ensure 100% compliance on all marketing materials (NMLS, state-specific, RESPA)</li><li>
Maintain brand consistency across multiple voices and channels</li><li>
Report on campaign performance with a metrics-driven approach</li></ul> 

Qualifications:
Required<ul><li>
8-15 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role</li><li>
Experience in financial services, mortgage, fintech, insurance, or another regulated industry</li><li>
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for content creation, research, and automation &mdash; not &quot;I have played with ChatGPT,&quot; but active, workflow-integrated usage</li><li>
Track record of hands-on content marketing execution, not just strategy decks</li><li>
Experience managing brand consistency across multiple content creators and channels</li><li>
Multi-channel execution: LinkedIn, email sequences, landing pages, paid ads, SEO</li><li>
Metrics-driven mindset &mdash; you speak in conversion rates, cost per lead, and ROI, not vanity metrics</li><li>
Experience managing teams of 3-10 people</li><li>
Comfort working in a founder-led company with strong, opinionated leaders</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Mortgage industry experience</li><li>
Experience with content atomization workflows (one piece into 15+ platform-native assets)</li><li>
Paid media management: LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta</li><li>
SEO and programmatic content experience</li><li>
Executive ghostwriting or thought leadership management</li><li>
Experience with tools in our stack: GoHighLevel, Claude/Anthropic, Airtable</li><li>
Startup or growth-stage experience &mdash; comfortable being strategic at 9 AM and hands-on at 2 PM</li></ul>
