Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Purchasing/Customer Account Representative to join a leading rubber manufacturing company serving the aerospace and defense industries. The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, review and process contracts, coordinate orders through production, and ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, and ITAR standards. This role also involves supporting purchasing and production scheduling to meet delivery deadlines.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the main point of contact for customer accounts, providing exceptional service and communication.</li><li>Review purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy.</li><li>Prepare quotes, order confirmations, and shipping documentation.</li><li>Enter and track orders using MRP/ERP systems.</li><li>Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Maintain organized document control and support internal compliance initiatives.</li><li>Monitor customer scorecards and performance metrics to ensure satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>8+ years of customer service or contract administration experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environment.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and ITAR requirements.</li><li>Experience with MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.</li><li>U.S. citizenship required due to government contract compliance.</li></ul>Pay: $32.00&ndash;$36.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8:00 AM&ndash;4:30 PM Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct HireJob Type: Full-timePay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hourWork Location: In person
