CMSP is now hiring a Sales Support Specialist for a leading device distributor. The position is fully remote, must be available to visit office location for special meetings/events (Cerritos, CA),The Sales Support Specialist ensures all sales are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies. This role works closely with Sales, Logistics, and Accounting to manage sales documentation from order entry through invoicing. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in multiple systems within a fast-paced, growing environment.Essenital Responsibilities<ul><li>Process sales orders using CRM and Shopify data to create accurate quotes, agreements, and documentation</li><li>Review purchase orders, sales documents, and tax forms for accuracy and compliance</li><li>Enter and reproduce approved orders in ERP (Dynamics 365) for fulfillment and invoicing</li><li>Identify pricing, discount, or documentation discrepancies and resolve proactively</li><li>Invoice completed orders with correct payment terms and supporting documentation</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for order status and accessory inquiries (email/phone)</li><li>Process returns and post-sale transactions in ERP</li><li>Maintain organized, confidential handling of customer and company data</li><li>Support workflow improvements and assist with reporting/data entry as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in sales operations, order processing, or administrative support</li><li>Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Zoho, Shopify, Dynamics 365 a plus)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office; typing 55+ WPM</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer</li><li>Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry</li><li>Ability to view computer screens for extended periods</li><li>Occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds (files, small office materials)</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively via email and via phone</li></ul>Pay Range$20.00-22.00 Per hour (Non-Exempt)ScheduleMonday thru Friday 7am to 4pmPay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
