We are looking for a highly experienced Purchase Manager to lead and strengthen our procurement function.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with project requirements and organizational goals.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including vendor selection, price negotiation, order placement, and timely delivery.</li><li>Establish, evaluate, and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize cost savings while maintaining quality standards.</li><li>Ensure availability of materials, machinery, and services in line with project timelines.</li><li>Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential vendors and alternative materials.</li><li>Coordinate with project, engineering, and finance teams to align purchasing with project needs.</li><li>Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important procurement data for audits and compliance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.</li><li>Lead, train, and supervise the purchasing team for effective procurement operations.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Proven expertise in Purchase &amp; Procurement Management within the Civil/Construction/Infrastructure industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction materials, vendors, and suppliers.</li><li>Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of costing, budgeting, and contract management.</li><li>Ability to handle high-value procurement with accountability and transparency.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, SAP/ERP systems (advantageous).</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Supply Chain Management / or equivalent (MBA in Supply Chain or Materials Management preferred).</li><li>Minimum 10 years to 25 years of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement, specifically in the Civil &amp; Construction / Infrastructure Projects industry.</li></ul>If Interested, Kindly revert your updated CV to the below email Id career.hr@cmvinfra.com &amp; Contact Me : 91367 16974 with the Following Details:-Total Experience:Current CTC:Expected CTC:Notice Period:Current LocationJob Type: Full-timeJob Type: Part-timePay: &#8377;3,000.00 - &#8377;5,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 18 per weekWork Location: In person
