<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities and Duties:</b></div>
<ul><li>Design plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, storm, natural gas, lab/medical, gas/vacuum, specialized waste systems, and performance-spec fire protection in all sizes of commercial buildings with direction from senior staff</li>
<li>Perform pressure loss, pump head, roof drain, fixture unit, water heater, and all other necessary calculations to support system design</li>
<li>Follow direction from senior staff, follow design standards, and coordinate work efforts with multi-disciplinary engineering teams</li>
<li>Work with project managers to complete projects on schedule and within budget</li>
<li>Attend design meetings</li>
<li>Assist in construction site visits and field surveys to verify code compliance, construction progress, and as-built conditions</li>
<li>Record meeting minutes and create site observation reports</li>

<div></div><div><b>Qualification Requirements:
</b></div><ul><li>Associate degree, preferred</li>
<li>Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD), preferred</li>
<li>4+ Years Experience of Plumbing Design experience, specifically in Municipal/Aviation, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial Office sectors</li>
<li>Proficient in the design, and production of construction documents (plans, and calculations for a variety of building projects, specifications, and cost estimates, preferred)</li>
<li>Construction administration experience (RFIs, submittal reviews, site visits, and change order reviews, preferred)</li>
<li>Working knowledge of building and plumbing codes, including NFPA standards</li>
<li>Detailed knowledge of fixtures and equipment from various manufacturers and the ability to make proper selections independently</li>
