Position Summary
The Executive Assistant will serve as a key administrative partner and trusted gatekeeper for the Leadership team with additional office management duties as required. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage a dynamic workload with competing priorities. Prior experience in real estate, private investment, or high-net-worth environments is strongly preferred. 
 
Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Provide high-level administrative support to Principal(s) and senior management
</li><li>Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international)
</li><li>Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, investment reports, and presentations
</li><li>Support real estate transactions, including tracking deadlines, coordinating closings, and managing key documentation
</li><li>Liaise with external stakeholders (attorneys, brokers, property managers, consultants) on behalf of the office
</li><li>Maintain organized records of property holdings, contracts, and investment documentation
</li><li>Assist with personal matters, event planning, and household coordination as needed
</li><li>Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
</li>Ensure office operations run smoothly; coordinate vendors and office supplies as necessary

Qualifications
<ul><li>5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff capacity, ideally within real estate, finance, or family office settings
</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred
</li><li>Strong knowledge of real estate terminology and transaction processes a plus
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management or CRM tools a bonus
</li><li>Impeccable organizational and multitasking abilities
</li><li>High level of professionalism and discretion
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills
</li><li>Self-starter mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach</li></ul></div>
