We are looking for full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses
CNS employees work in the privacy of each patient&rsquo;s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
Licensure/Certification<ul><li>
Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN in the state(s) of practice</li><li>
Current And Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li><li>
Current And Valid CPR/BLS Certification</li><li>
High School graduate or equivalent</li></ul>
Clearances The following background checks are conducted:<ul><li>
Criminal background &bull; Drug Screening/TB Test</li><li>
Driving Record &bull; OIG Exclusion List</li><li>
Sex Offender Registry</li></ul>
