Job Description:
<div>
Prepares analysis and conducts credit investigations of routine and more complex credits in accordance with prescribed methods and procedures. Prepares and presents credit reports to appropriate senior staff or committees. Cosponsors or approves credits within prescribed credit limits. Assists with account servicing, credit administration, and documentation. Provides support to credit manager and appropriate staff with research and statistical analysis.</div>
Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Develops credit information and structures financial proposals for use by appropriate senior staff and committees in making decisions about credit arrangements for new, renewal, or extension loans. Cosponsors or approves credit requests within prescribed limits.</li><li>
Reviews all pertinent credit and financial information and determines the need for more thorough investigation or additional information. Analyzes information statements and related material and prepares summaries, presents facts, and offers opinions concerning credit&#8209;worthiness. Understands and follows bank guidelines, policies, and procedures for the preparation and presentation of credit information.</li><li>
Assists with credit administration, account servicing, development, packaging, closing, documentation, and monitoring.</li><li>
Maintains control over current accounts, monitoring for payment progress, developing problems, trends, and compliance with covenants. Provides relevant and timely information to internal stakeholders including account officers, relationship managers, and credit staff.</li><li>
Assists credit manager in the preparation of internal research and analysis, provides statistical reports, and verifies information. Prepares and delivers presentations on topics as assigned.</li><li>
Develops and utilizes computerized spreadsheets, programs, and other automated tools for credit analysis, special projects, or presentations.</li><li>
May authorize loan advances and loan re-pricing with money desk staff.</li><li>
Maintains expertise in assigned industries or market sectors. Keeps abreast of industry trends and competitive environment.</li></ul>
Education:
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree required</li></ul>
Work Experience:
<ul><li>3 years of credit experience in banking industry required</li></ul>

The typical base pay range for this role is between $80,300 - $91,840. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance. Job Description:
<div>
Investigate, resolve and monitor the bank's Anti-Fraud Program, including the bank's cash management platform, and provides critical support to customers by managing all customer check/wire/Automated Clearing House (ACH) fraud cases from initial detection through ultimate resolution (recovery or denial). Ensures that customer check/wire/ACH fraud case files are complete, organized and well-documented, and that all activities performed are recorded. Supports internal CoBank notifications and customer and association communications, and if appropriate, assists in the preparation regulatory reports. Conducts daily review and analysis of fraud monitoring systems' output and monthly analysis of fraud data.</div>
Essential Functions:
<ul><li>Monitors continuous fraudulent activity for established fraud cases in order to file regulatory reports.</li><li>
Manages relationship between claimants and CoBank on ongoing fraud recovery cases through resolution.</li><li>
Tracks and coordinates customer-related fraud cases from confirmation of fraud to resolution of claim.</li><li>
Sends confirmed CoBank / Agriculture Credit Association (ACA) Fraud Case Notifications to relationship managers, management and executives as applicable, providing information and regular updates.</li><li>
Receives and processes recovery from counterparty banks for fraud cases.</li><li>
Performs continuous follow-up activates on recovery cases with counterparty banks.</li><li>
Monitors and tracks all open fraud cases, and coordinates communications, documentation and internal distribution of Fraud Cases Summary Report.</li><li>
Analyzes transaction returns to identify and record fraudulent items.</li></ul>
Education:
