Role Overview:The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to generate quality leads for real estate projects. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving inquiries, and supporting sales through digital channels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects across platforms.</li><li>Manage lead generation campaigns through Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram), and other paid channels.</li><li>Handle social media marketing including content posting, creatives coordination, and engagement.</li><li>Optimize campaigns to improve cost per lead (CPL) and conversion rates.</li><li>Coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-ups on digital leads.</li><li>Manage and update landing pages, forms, and website content for projects.</li><li>Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad dashboards.</li><li>Maintain lead data and campaign reports regularly.</li></ul>Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing &amp; Lead Generation</li><li>Hands-on experience with Google Ads &amp; Meta Ads</li><li>Understanding of real estate audience targeting</li><li>Social Media Marketing &amp; Campaign Optimization</li><li>Basic knowledge of SEO &amp; website management</li><li>Data analysis and reporting skills</li><li>Good coordination and communication skills</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate (Marketing / Digital Media preferred)</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Real Estate</li><li>Experience handling real estate projects or property campaigns is a strong plus</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
