Co-Energy

<div>CO-Energy, a Connell Oil, Inc company, is looking for a qualified person to fill our Territory Sales Manager position to service and grown our customer base in Central Washington with Ellensburg, Cle Elum and Selah as the primary focus areas. Some of our Yakima customers will also be supported by this position. 
Co-Energy provides fuel, lubricants and related products to commercial customers throughout Central and SE Washington. Previous B2B sales experience is a plus, but not required. 
In July 2026 we celebrate our 39th anniversary and we continue to grow. We need another dynamic team-member to help us meet and exceed the expectations of existing and new customers.

The standard work schedule is Monday &ndash; Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Additional hours and weekend work might occasionally be required in order to meet customer needs. 
Representing CO-Energy, the successful Territory Sales Manager will execute the company&rsquo;s sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify their needs and sell appropriate merchandise to meet those needs. Additionally, they will collaborate with team to develop sales plans for capturing and securing new customers and business. 
This position makes in-person calls using a company vehicle to existing and potential customers within an assigned geographic area in and around Central Washington/Columbia Basin. 
This is a safety sensitive position. Pre-employment onboarding will include a drug screen that tests for Cannabis use. 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Manage assigned accounts</li>
<li>Increase sales in respective accounts</li>
<li>Establish buying influences, budgets, and purchasing criteria for assigned accounts</li>
<li>Secure and place sales orders</li>
<li>Develop sales plan with sales team for capturing and securing new customers/business</li>
<li>Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts</li>
<li>Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members</li>
<li>Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment</li>
<li>Attend sales meetings</li>
<li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Adhere to all federal, state &amp; local laws governing a safe work environment.</li>
<li>Report unsafe acts and conditions to immediate supervisor.</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned to ensure uninterrupted operations &amp; customer service to include additional hours and shifts.</li></ul> 


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

<li> Meet or exceed assigned sales goals</li>
<li>Achieve a 3-5% increase in new customer base each performance period</li>
<li>Assist in marketing of CO-Energy products with sales managers throughout organization</li>
<li>Daily contact with employees, customers and the general public requiring courtesy, discretion, and sound judgment</li></ul> 


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Ability to engage in the full sales cycle with current and potential customers which requires a pleasant attitude, professional image and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to learn about and understand specific details, features, benefits and differences of all products that the company sells.</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and keep customer accounts organized</li>
<li>Ability to meet customers in-person, on the phone and via e-mail/text.</li>
<li>Ability to operate company vehicles, possess a valid driver license.</li>
<li>Possess a clean driving record which is required to be covered by our insurance company.</li></ul> 


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul>
<li>
One (1) to 3 years of relevant sales experience</li>
<li>Previous experience in the fuel, oil and/or lubricants industry in either a sales, operations or delivery role</li></ul> 


COMPENSATION:

<li>Base annual salary range: $65-85k</li>
<li>Annual performance bonus</li>
