<div>CO-Energy is accepting resumes for our Dispatcher position working in our Boise, ID Bulk Plant facility. 
For 38 years, CO-Energy has been a leading distributor of fuels and lubricants in the Pacific Northwest supplying a variety of customers including many in the construction and agriculture industries. We continue to grow so we can provide our customers the best service and be a great place to work. 
The is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of Monday - Friday early day shift starting around 6:00 am. Depending on customer needs overtime hours might occasionally be required either by additional daily hours or added weekend shifts. 
 
The Dispatcher works in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment focused on planning, scheduling and coordinating the daily activities of our Local Delivery and Transport Driver teams. This is a key position focused on the efficient and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers. 
 
COMPENSATION

Starting wage is between $24 &amp; $27 per hour - depending on experience and qualifications</li>

JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 
The Dispatcher will be responsible to: 
<ul>
<li>
Coordinate, organize and execute the scheduling and routing of driver assignments</li>
<li>Plan and execute driver routing/delivery assignment changes as needed based on real-time updates
</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for internal and external Dispatch department customers - respond to calls and emails in a timely manner</li>
<li>Monitor various inventory management systems to schedule deliveries</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Sales department to provide pricing and inventory data as requested</li>
<li>Assist department manager in monitoring supplier pricing to ensure profitability
</li><li>Drive continuous improvement in applicable systems and processes</li>
<li>Other duties that may be assigned</li></ul> 


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul>
<li>
High school diploma or equivalent 
</li>
<li>One (1) year of dispatching experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with the Boise, Treasure Valley and surrounding areas</li>
<li>Driving record: no more than one (1) moving violation or at-fault accident in the last three (3) years</li>
<li>Ability to effectively manage detail oriented tasks to achieve department/company goals and expectations in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and provide excellent service to internal and external customers</li>
<li>Ability to write, read and interpret routine reports and documents</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand documents related to sales orders, customer orders, inventory management, delivery routes, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, company policies and procedures</li>
<li>Ability to operate a standard computer (keyboard, mouse, printer) including dispatching, inventory management, e-mail, spreadsheet and word processing software</li>
<li>Possess basic math skills including all units of measurement in fractions and decimals</li>
<li>Possess excellent skills in the following areas: Customer Service, Problem Solving, Planning, Organizing, Quality Control, Dependability, Safety and Security</li></ul> 


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 
<ul>
<li>
One (1) or more years of dispatching experience in a fuel and/or hazardous materials transportation setting</li>
<li>Experience as a CMV/CDL driver</li>
<li>Experience as a CMV/CDL driver with Hazmat/fuel industry experience</li></ul> 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 
Work setting will be split between an office and warehouse environment. 
Warehouse temperatures vary widely from cold to hot.

<li>Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and twisting up to 35 lbs. - Occasionally</li>
