Join our team today and be part of a company that is committed to environmental safety and growth with a family-owned and operated atmosphere&hellip; stop looking for your next job and start looking for your ideal career at Coast Abatement Services!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide administrative support to various departments involved in asbestos and mold abatement projects.</li><li>Organize and maintain files related to permits, compliance documentation, and reports.</li><li>Coordinate scheduling for staff, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Manage office supplies with an emphasis on sustainability, promoting eco-friendly choices wherever possible.</li></ul>Communication:<ul><li>Effectively communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding accounts payable matters and project coordination.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for general inquiries related to abatement services.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role. (Construction Experience a plus)</li><li>Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite.)</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.</li><li>Motivated, team-player attitude</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>On-the-job training</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
